HRZ Services for TUdata

In December 2015, TU Darmstadt implemented guidelines for handling digital research data. In order to support engineering disciplines, HRZ offers various services withinTUdata Teamand NFDI4ING-Konsortium*.

TUdata-Team was founded in 2018 and it supports all members on behalf of TU Darmstadt's presidium in terms of storing, archiving, publishing and re-using research data. At Tudata Universitäts- und Landesbibliothek, HRZ and Dezernat VI – Forschung und Transfer cooperate to make this process possible.

Hessenbox-DA is a sync and share system. It offers an alternative to commercial services, which is compliant to data protection and copyright regulations. With Hessenbox-DA, you are able to share and synchronize any file or folder on any device.

A significant part of scientific publications (especially in the mathematical and scientific area) is created with LaTeX. With ShareLaTeX you can work together in a team on the same publication.

SimpleArchive is an application for archiving research data. Your data will be archived for at least ten years! With simpleArchive files are marked with a unique identification identifier, Persistant Identifier (PID). This PID enables simple data exchange between researchers worldwide.

GitLab is a web application that enables version management for software projects by use of git. Code management makes it possible to retrace when specific changes have been made to your content. This is especially intended for source code, LaTex documents and scripts.
