Changed service hours during the Christmas holidays

The HRZ is only available to a limited extent during the Christmas period and at the turn of the year. As a result, all enquiries to the HRZ are likely to be processed with delays.

If you would like to use an HRZ service in the period from 21 to 30 December 2020, please note the restrictions on service hours below.

HRZ technical systems will continue to operate as usual.

Unless otherwise listed, our support teams will be back in regular service on Monday 4 January 2021.
