Temporary limited availability of IT service points

On 30.06.2022 and 01.07.2022

Due to an internal event, the contact points of the HRZ at the HRZ-Service, the IT-Shop, the Workplace Support and the Central Telephone Information Service will only be available on a limited basis.

The following service hours apply for this exceptional case:

  • Service centre Stadtmitte: Thurs., 30.6. open/ Fri., 01.07. closed
  • IT-Shop/Service centre Lichtwiese: Thu., 30.6./ Fri., 01.07. closed
  • The availability of the HRZ Service and the IT workplace management by telephone and by e-mail/contact form is ensured by an emergency service. Depending on the request, delayed processing is to be expected.
  • The Central telephone directory assistance will be temporarily unavailable for the above-mentioned period.
