Following a phase of fundamental conceptual considerations, the work of a project team and a pilot phase, the gradual implementation of the new organisational structure throughout the HRZ is now beginning.

The aim of the reorganisation is to strengthen service quality in the long term through greater standardisation, automation and transparency, to further improve cooperation with the departments of TU Darmstadt and to offer users an even better service experience overall.

During the implementation phase, there may be occasional adjustments to processes. In individual cases, temporary delays cannot be completely ruled out. We ask for your understanding in this matter. At the same time, we remain committed to providing you with reliable and professional support.
