Accompanying trainees through their vocational training as trainers is resource-intensive. That's true, but it's an effort that pays off, because you develop your own young talent, ensure less staff turnover when hiring, reduce the risk of miscasting and save on recruitment and training costs.

In addition, you strengthen the leadership skills of your employees and participate by networking all the people and departments involved in the training.

Support from IT training

The HRZ's IT training department supports you in all matters relating to training, from planning training positions, recruiting and maintaining contact with all relevant institutions, to implementing the training concept and supporting and preparing trainers.
