The central telephone information desk can be contacted by all TU members, as well as guests and external persons.

- Telephone redirection
- Information about locations (e.g. for suppliers and vendors, who are looking for specific buildings etc.)
- Telephone services for non-domestic calls (only for employees)
- Online address book in the IDM portal for finding phone numbers within the TU Darmstadt.
Note: The online address book is only available for TU members (login with TU-ID).

Callers who do not know any number that is assigned to our college and university region, or who might be calling a number that is no longer in service, will automatically be redirected to HRZ central directory assistance.
