Changed service hours during the Christmas holidays

The HRZ is only available to a limited extent during the Christmas period and at the turn of the year. As a result, all enquiries to the HRZ are likely to be processed with delays.

If you would like to use an HRZ service in the period from 27 December to 29 December 2023, please note the possible restrictions on service hours below.

HRZ technical systems will continue to operate as usual.

Unless otherwise listed, our support teams will be available again as normal from Tuesday, 2 January 2024.
