New hardware distribution point for managed devices

For customers and users with managed devices, there is now a new hardware distribution point that also provides user support. Here you can pick up your ordered or newly installed hardware, set it up for the first time with the help of our staff, or view the latest hardware models.

Opening hours: Tuesday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

How and where can I get…

…a photo for my Athena card?
Photos for the Athena Card can be taken in the Service Centre Stattmitte during opening hours. Please arrange group appointments for the beginning of the semester separately by e-mail to: .

…a recording set or other media device for my (lecture) event?
Please remember to bring the device pick up form (opens in new tab) with you when you pick up the device. More information on renting media devices and an online reservation form can be found here.
