The new Microsoft federal agreement 4.0 came into force on 1 May 2025 and runs until 30 April 2030. The renewed central financing of the contract means that employees of TU Darmstadt can continue to use Office 365/O365 products without having to contribute to the costs themselves. Students at TU Darmstadt can also use the Microsoft M365 package .

Note on cloud services

Please note that cloud services such as OneDrive, MS Teams or SharePoint Online are still not authorised for TU Darmstadt employees.
