The new Microsoft federal agreement 4.0 came into force on 1 May 2025 and runs until 30 April 2030. The renewed central financing of the contract means that employees of TU Darmstadt can continue to use Office 365/O365 products without having to contribute to the costs themselves. Students at TU Darmstadt can also use the Microsoft M365 package.

Note on cloud services

Please note that cloud services such as OneDrive, MS Teams or SharePoint Online are still not authorised for TU Darmstadt employees.
