Central LDAP Server Outage

Between approximately 00:43 and 06:20, the central LDAP servers were unavailable. This affected all services relying directly on LDAP for authentication, including eduroam, VPN, and logins to the HRZ ticket system. The central login service (SSO) was not affected and remained fully operational throughout the incident.
The cause of the outage has been identified, and most affected services are now largely restored and functioning normally. However, some services may still experience limited issues. Work is ongoing to fully resolve the remaining problems.
