- Maintenance and procurement of infrastructure (e.g. air conditioning, network, electricity)
- 40 height units per rack (individual height units can be rented)
- individual number of height units available, depending on hardware
- air-cooled storage space (further requirements on request)
- Security through constructional conditions and access control
- electrical and air-conditioning infrastructure specially designed for server rooms
- continuous access to the server rooms, in order to independently carry out administration and maintenance of the computers
- Access to the server rooms 24 hours a day and 7 days a week
