Gender equality at the HRZ

Gender equality at TU Darmstadt is a crucial feature of the university's development strategy and aims to prevent discrimination of any kind. The goal is to achieve equal opportunities for all genders, to improve the compatibility of career and family, and to eliminate existing underrepresentation of women in public service.

The decentralised gender equality officers support the institutions in implementing the TU-wide gender equality strategy and set their own subject-specific impulses through projects and actions adapted to the target groups. They work closely with the central gender equality officer.
