User Support now at a new location and with a new range of appointments

The User Support Service of the HRZ offers consultation hours for on-site help for members of the TU Darmstadt with PC and IT problems. From now on, you can find them at the new location at the Lichtwiese and with a new online counselling service.

The User Support Service has moved and can now be found at the Lichtwiese campus in L1|01 Room 64, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

In addition to on-site counselling, we now also offer the option of counselling via Zoom Meeting. Appointments can be requested at .
