IT orders in future via webshop in the electronic ordering system (EBS)

In future, IT orders can be placed via a central web shop instead of commissioning via the IT shop.
In the fourth quarter of 2023, the HRZ will discontinue the IT shop service in its current form.
In its place, there will be webshops in the TU's central electronic ordering system (EBS, HELF) through which all TU institutions can order standard IT hardware such as Lenovo laptops, monitors, MS Surface devices and general IT accessories from framework agreements.
The HRZ will inform as soon as the corresponding offer is available.
Framework agreement for servers and workstations
A framework agreement for servers and workstations from Dell has also been available since 1 July 2023. Further framework agreements for Apple and mobile devices are planned. Advice on the products is provided by the respective supplier.
