Framework agreement for IT hardware orders

As previously reported, the HRZ has discontinued the IT shop service in its previous form at the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2023. However, IT hardware can still be ordered alternatively via a framework agreement with Zimmermann IT-Solutions.
Since the beginning of October, it has been possible to request or order IT accessories directly from Zimmermann IT-Solutions (06151/6669-100 / geschaeftskunde@zimmermann-it.solutions). This service is available to all TU Darmstadt employees.
An online shop is also being planned, which will be available in the TU's central electronic ordering system (EBS, HELF).
The HRZ will provide information as soon as the service is available.
Departments that are supported by the HRZ workstation support team as part of IT workstation management are requested to continue to submit their orders using the usual hardware order form.
