IT hardware orders via Zimmermann IT Solutions

Deepening the partnership with TU Darmstadt through framework agreements and extended service as a Lenovo campus and service partner

As previously reported, the HRZ has discontinued the IT shop service in its previous form at the start of the fourth quarter of 2023. Since the beginning of October, it has alternatively been possible to request or order IT accessories directly from Zimmermann IT Solutions. This service is available to all TU Darmstadt employees.

With Zimmermann IT Solutions, TU Darmstadt has chosen a proven partner for customised IT solutions. In addition to supplying high-quality IT accessories, Lenovo notebooks and Surface devices, Zimmermann IT Solutions is also an authorised Lenovo service partner and provides comprehensive warranty processing for almost all Lenovo devices. The recently concluded framework agreements cover a wide range of IT products, including

  • Surface devices: Innovative and powerful Microsoft Surface products.
  • IT accessories: Barcode scanners, UPS, NAS, projectors (beamers), lamps for projectors, connection cables/adapters, external hard drives, USB memory sticks, ext. USB DVD/writer/BD drive, USB hubs/keyboards/mice/trackballs/touchpads, wireless keyboards/mice/trackballs/touchpads, DVB-T TV sticks, PC speakers, graphics tablets, anti-theft devices, notebook/tablet bags, backpacks, trolleys, sleeves, CF, SDHC, SDXC memory cards, memory sticks, memory card readers, headsets, webcams, etc. Memory, internal hard drives (HDD/SSD), optical drives, graphics cards, network cards, mainboards, processors and much more.

On-site visits and self-collection at Spreestr. 2

Would you like to meet us in person? You are welcome to visit us at Spreestr. 2, where you will not only meet our team, but also have the opportunity to collect goods directly if you need them more quickly. We normally deliver goods to TU Darmstadt twice a week by courier. We attach great importance to direct contact with our customers and are available on site, by e-mail or on the phone for questions, advice and support.
