Availability of the HRZ during the holiday season

The university computing centre will have limited availability during the Christmas season and New Year, which may result in delays in processing requests.
If you would like to use an HRZ service between 23 December 2024 and 3 January 2025, please note the restrictions on service times listed below. The technical systems will remain in operation as usual.
Our support teams will be available for you again as normal from Monday, 6 January 2025.
The following different service times apply from 23.12.2024 to 03.01.2025:
HRZ Service Centre:
- Stadtmitte, photo station: closed
- Lichtwiese: closed
HRZ Hotline:
- on working days between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
IT workplace management:
- on working days between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
- No on-site support on 27.12. and 30.12.2024
Central telephone information centre:
- on working days between 8:00 a.m and 12:00 p.m
User support: closed
Media technology troubleshooting: closed
HRZ reception (Karl Plagge-Haus): closed
