Reminder: Migration to next.Hessenbox

Migrate your data and reassign permissions now

All data must be migrated by 30 June 2025 – after this date, access to Hessenbox DA will no longer be possible!

The service next.Hessenbox has been available since 17 February 2025 as the successor to Hessenbox DA. Contrary to the original announcement , there will be no read-only phase.

From 30 June 2025, access to Hessenbox DA will no longer be available.

Act now to prevent data loss and migrate your data in time!

1. Transfer your data to the next.Hessenbox

You have two options for migrating all folders you own and still need:

  • Server-side support (recommended): Use an automated process to transfer your folders. Instructions
  • Manual migration: Transfer the folders to next.Hessenbox yourself. Instructions

2. Reassign permissions in the next.Hessenbox

After transferring your folders, reassign access rights. Instructions
