Ticket System Transition

New system solution from August 2025

From 26.08.2025, a new ticket system will be gradually introduced at the University Computing Centre (HRZ).

With the introduction of the new ticket system, the processes for creating and processing enquiries remain largely unchanged: the contact channels remain the same and tickets are processed as usual.

During the transition period, it may happen that an enquiry receives two different ticket numbers, for example when a process is transferred to the new system.

To ensure clear assignment and smooth processing, it is therefore particularly important to always use the ticket numbers provided in the subject line when asking questions or responding.

The changeover will also alter the appearance of responses and the display of ticket numbers.
