The Helpdesk group with the HRZ Service is the first point of contact for members and affiliates of the university for all matters relating to the IT services of the university computing centre. Using several channels – the HRZ Service Centres in the city centre and on the campus Lichtwiese, the telephone hotline and by email – the 1st level support staff will answer and resolve your request as quickly as possible. If a request cannot be dealt with by 1st level support, we will call in colleagues from other departments at the university computing centre.
The operational service of media equipment lending and user advice, printing of Athene cards and the operation of the photo station are also part of the group's tasks, as is the support of the central directory enquiry for TU Darmstadt.
