You have had problems logging into Outlook since 29.08.2022? The login window keeps appearing or the connection is shown as disconnected? Then this may have to do with a new security setting on the part of Microsoft.

In addition to the temporary deactivation of the “Online Archive” function (see also HRZ-News from 23.08.2022), a new logon protocol NTLMv2 has also been activated with the new security setting. The outdated NTLMv1 is insecure and should no longer be used. However, this means that some users can no longer log on to the groupware service in Outlook for Windows. The login window reappears immediately after logging in or a disconnected connection is displayed. This is very likely to be the case if the problem occurred for the first time when you activated the new security setting on 29 August 2022.
