Maintenance work: Web server certificate exchange on the login server

On 06.11.2025 between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m.

During the specified period, the web server certificates of the login server will be replaced. Due to the redundant setup, no interruption is expected. The root CA remains unchanged, and the SAML certificates are not affected by this change.
Störung mit M365

Aktuell gibt es Probleme mit M365. Beide Tenants sind betroffen und alle Apps/Dienste.

+++ 29.10.2025 07:30 a.m.: The maintenance work has been successfully completed. +++ During the specified period a minor update to the latest Moodle version will be carried out. The Moodle systems will be unavailable, and login to Mahara and Panopto will not be possible.

During the specified period, maintenance will be carried out on the central SSO (Single Sign-On). There will be no service outage.

SharePoint is unavailable during the specified period due to maintenance work.

During the specified period, the ShareLaTeX server will be updated to version 5.5.4. The system will be temporarily unavailable.

Einspielung dringender Sicherheitspatche heute

Aufgrund mehrerer, kritischer Sicherheitslücken werden auf den Exchange Servern des Groupware-Service die monatlichen Sicherheitsupdates (Oktober 2025) früher eingespielt als üblich (heute währende des Tages). Die vom HRZ unterstützten Funktionen werden im Nachgang mit den unterstützten Clients überprüft (Regressionstests). Aufgrund des hochverfügbaren Aufbaus der Server wird der Betrieb während der Systemzeit nicht unterbrochen. Es ist mit längeren Reaktionszeiten zu rechnen.
