Es erscheint die Fehlermeldung „Service nicht erreichbar – Fehlercode 503“. Wir informieren Sie an dieser Stelle, sobald der Fehler gefunden und das Problem behoben ist.

Aufgrund eines Brands am Stromschienensystem, musste der Serverraum TURZ-L5|08 vom Stromnetz genommen werden. Der Betrieb der Netzwerkinfrastruktur, des Hochstleistungsrechners sowie der Server der Institute, Fachgebiete oder Einrichtungen im Housingbereich, konnte daher nicht mehr aufrechterhalten werden. Eine Wiederinbetriebnahme wird erst nach der Instandsetzung des Stromsystems und der Feuerlöschanlage möglich sein. Die Housingkunden werden im Laufe des Vormittags separat informiert. Wenn Sie vom Ausfall betroffen sind, können Sie sich aber auch proaktiv über den HRZ-Service melden. Wir rufen Sie dann umgehend zurück. ​Eine elektrische Prüfung und Teilreparatur ist im Zeitraum 9.4.-11.4. geplant (Auftrag muss noch erteilt werden). Daher gehen wir unter Vorbehalt von einer Teilinbetriebnahme von Housing und Cluster in der Woche vom 14.-18.4. aus. Siemens hatte sich bezüglich der GLA Befüllung mündlich positiv geäußert. Ein genauer Zeitplan steht hier aber noch aus.

Bei einigen Jabber Nutzern kommt es zu einem PopUp mit der Meldung „Das sichere Telefonzertifikat läuft in Kürze ab“. Der Telefonservice wird nicht, wie in dem PopUp dargestellt, deaktiviert! Die Funktion ist weiterhin gewährleistet. Um das PopUp (und das ausgelaufene Zertifikat) zu löschen, setzen Sie bitte Ihren Jabber zurück (drücken auf das Zahnradsymbol --> Abmelden und danach im Hauptfenster „Jabber zurücksetzen“ anklicken und bestätigen.) Bitte beachten Sie, dass alle 1:1 Chatnachrichten sowie Ihre Jabbereinstellungen (Calllisten, Kontakte) verloren gehen. Persistente Chatgruppen können nach dem Reset wieder geöffnet werden, dort stehen auch die letzten Nachrichten zur Verfügung.

Im aktuellen Jabber Client (15.0) für Windows ist die Synchronisation der Kontaktliste gestört. Beim Anlegen von neuen Kontakten kann es zu einer Fehlermeldung kommen. Besonders betroffen sind Nutzer, welche sich zum ersten Mail anmelden beziehungsweise. ihren Jabber zurückgesetzt haben. Der Bug ist dem Hersteller bekannt und sollte in der nächsten Version gefixed sein. Des Weiteren kann es vorkommen, dass 1:1 Chats nach einem Neustart des Jabber Clienten nicht mehr angezeigt werden. Aufgrund der Probleme wird über die Softwareverteilung die Version 14.3.1 wieder installiert werden. Im UC Portal steht die 14.3.1 zum Download zur Verfügung (TUID Login benötigt). https://csm.net.hrz.tu-darmstadt.de/ciscouc/ Die Version 15.0 muss vor der Installation der Version 14.3.1 deinstalliert werden. Andere Betriebssyteme sind nicht betroffen. ​Die aktuelle Version 15.0.2 löst die Problematik. Ein Ausrollen dieser Version ist momentan nicht geplant. Es kann weiterhin die Version 14.3.1 verwendet werden.

Es gab am Freitag, 21.03.2025, von von circa. 17:15 bis 19:20 Uhr einen Ausfall des Webmail-Interface für die Studierenden und den Linux-Mailboxen. Hintergrund war offenbar der Ausfall der Datenbankanbindung. Die Systeme sind nun wieder bereit und können benutzt werden.

Software error in VPN client – workaround available

As of version 5.1.8.105 of the Cisco Secure Client for VPN connections, problems occur with the selection of the connection address under Windows 10/11 and macOS. After restarting the system or the client, saved addresses are no longer visible in the drop-down menu.

We are working to keep the disruption as short as possible. Alcatel phones are not affected.
