IDM groups and memberships are displayed and new groups can be created and memberships added. Unfortunately, changes to groups are not yet transferred to AD, so these changes do not yet apply to groupware mailing lists or SharePoint permissions, for example. However, the existing groups continue to function unchanged. We are working intensively on a solution. The IDM portal is still slow. We apologise for this. We are working on improving performance.+++

Es gibt Anmeldeprobleme bei SharePoint. Ein Dienst läuft scheinbar nicht einwandfrei und vergisst den angemeldeten User. Es kann somit auch zu Berechtigungsproblemen kommen. In den Nachtstunden wird die komplette SharePoint-Farm rebootet.

Aktuell gibt es ein Login Problem beim Nutzerportal des Ticketsystems KIX. Das Agentenportal ist davon nicht betroffen. +++ Update zur Störung bei den studentischen Postfächern +++

Die laufende Überprüfung im Zusammenhang mit der aktuellen Störung bei den studentischen Postfächern hat ergeben, dass derzeit etwa 2.000 Postfächer möglicherweise betroffen sind. Diese Zahl ist vorläufig und könnte weiter steigen, da die automatisierten Prüfskripte weiterhin im Einsatz sind. Bitte beachten Sie, dass in dieser Zahl auch Postfächer enthalten sind, bei denen Nutzer*innen heute bereits manuell E-Mails gelöscht haben. Sobald die Überprüfung abgeschlossen ist, werden alle betroffenen Nutzer*innen per E-Mail über die weiteren Schritte informiert. Wir danken für Ihre Geduld und Ihr Verständnis.

The new date for the changeover is next Tuesday. The reason for the cancellation is an error in the cooperation between IDM and the directory service, which must first be rectified. Seit gestern Abend, 08.07.25 circa 22 Uhr, ist die Mailbearbeitung in Richtung Groupware gestört. Die Administration ist benachrichtigt und dabei, die Störung zu beseitigen.

In future, the service will be provided via next.Hessenbox

Hessenbox DA has been out of service since Friday, 4 July 2025. The storage service had been operational since 2 May 2017 and was used by many members of TU Darmstadt.
