Seit gestern Abend, 08.07.25 circa 22 Uhr, ist die Mailbearbeitung in Richtung Groupware gestört. Die Administration ist benachrichtigt und dabei, die Störung zu beseitigen.

Hessenbox DA has been out of service since Friday, 4 July 2025. The storage service had been operational since 2 May 2017 and was used by many members of TU Darmstadt.

+++ Update 10.07.2025 04:24 p.m.: The planned changeover of the IDM system was cancelled prematurely due to a system error and cannot be carried out until the error has been successfully rectified. A new date for the changeover has been set for next Tuesday. The exact date will be announced shortly. The partial shutdown of the IDM portal has been completely cancelled until the new changeover date. There are therefore currently no restrictions in system operation. +++ Update 09.07.2025 04:35 p.m.: The maintenance window has been extended until 10.07 at 03:00 p.m. (originally 07.07 at 03:00 p.m.). Unfortunately, the IDM system migration is still not complete. The IDM portal is currently unavailable. Existing IDM groups and TechIDs are not affected; logins remain possible. +++ Update 08.07.2025 03:30 p.m.: The switchover work on the IDM system is not yet complete. The maintenance window has therefore been extended until 09.07 at 03:00 p.m. IDM groups are currently being migrated, so changes via the IDM portal are temporarily not possible. Existing groups continue to function as normal. +++ During the specified period, the postponed switchover work will be carried out on the IDM system. During the transition, there may be occasional limitations.

Between 22.07.2025 7.00 a.m. and 23.07.2025 11.00 p.m.

During this period, maintenance work will be carried out on the TSM servers and the GPFS file system. For this reason, the service will not be available during this period.

On 18.06.2025 between 07.00 a.m. and 09.00 a.m.

+++ 18.06.2025 07.50 a.m.: The maintenance work has been successfully completed. +++ During this period, maintenance work will be carried out on the SSO database servers in the form of an upgrade. Due to the redundant configuration, no outages are expected.

Update vom 13.06.2025 um 16:47 Uhr: Das System ist aus dem Backup restored worden; Webinterface und Anmeldung gehen wieder.

Durch einen Fehler ist ein relevantes Verzeichnis des OS gelöscht worden, wodurch der Server nicht mehr reagiert. Es muss ein Restore der VM aus dem Backup von heute Nacht eingespielt werden.

Update vom 13.06.2025 um 9:32 Uhr: ​Die Störung wurde behoben. ​Version 15.1.0 verfügbar und per AutoUpdate verteilt

Im aktuellen Jabber Client (15.0) für Windows ist die Synchronisation der Kontaktliste gestört. Beim Anlegen von neuen Kontakten kann es zu einer Fehlermeldung kommen. Besonders betroffen sind Nutzer, welche sich zum ersten Mail anmelden bzw. ihren Jabber zurückgesetzt haben. Der Bug ist dem Hersteller bekannt und sollte in der nächsten Version gefixed sein. Des Weiteren kann es vorkommen, daß 1:1 Chats nach einem Neustart des Jabber Clienten nicht mehr angezeigt werden. Aufgrund der Probleme wird über die Softwareverteilung die Version 14.3.1 wieder installiert werden. Im UC Portal steht die 14.3.1 zum Download zur Verfügung (TUID Login benötigt). https://csm.net.hrz.tu-darmstadt.de/ciscouc/ Die Version 15.0 muss vor der Installation der Version 14.3.1 deinstalliert werden. Andere Betriebssyteme sind nicht betroffen.
