A security update for Cisco CallManager will be installed during the specified period. No changes can be made to the system during maintenance (e.g. via the UC portal). Desk phones will automatically restart at 6 p.m. Ongoing calls via Cisco Jabber will not be interrupted. The Alcatel system is not affected by the maintenance.

The university computing centre welcomes eleven new trainees
On 11.08.2025, eleven young people began their apprenticeships in the IT training network. Seven of them are training to become IT specialists for system integration, two to become IT specialists for application development. In addition, there is a prospective IT systems electronics technician and a trainee for digitalisation management.

+++ Update from 14.08.2025 8:45 p.m.: Hotfix 3 for IDM has been successfully put into production. Several improvements have been implemented in IDM group management, but there are still some configurations in which errors can occur. IDM group memberships are now transferred to Active Directory (AD). Missing attributes are also transferred, which affects logging into Microsoft 365, among other things. The IDM portal is currently still too slow. We are actively working to improve performance. +++

+++Update from 07.08.2025 3:30 p.m.: Hotfix2 for the IDM has been successfully put into production. IDM group management has been activated. IDM groups and memberships are displayed and new groups can be created and memberships added. Unfortunately, changes to groups are not yet transferred to AD, so these changes do not yet apply to groupware mailing lists or SharePoint permissions, for example. However, the existing groups continue to function unchanged. We are working intensively on a solution. The IDM portal is still slow. We apologise for this. We are working on improving performance.+++

Login Störung bei SharePoint

Es gibt Anmeldeprobleme bei SharePoint. Ein Dienst läuft scheinbar nicht einwandfrei und vergisst den angemeldeten User. Es kann somit auch zu Berechtigungsproblemen kommen. In den Nachtstunden wird die komplette SharePoint-Farm rebootet.

Aktuell gibt es ein Login Problem beim Nutzerportal des Ticketsystems KIX. Das Agentenportal ist davon nicht betroffen. Um ein Ticket zu erzeugen, senden Sie bitte eine E-Mail an service@hrz.tu-darmstadt.de Eine aktive Info bekommt man per eMail automatisch vom Ticketsystem zugesendet. Wir bitten die Unannehmlichkeiten zu entschuldigen und bedanken uns für ihre Geduld.
