+++Update vom 23.08.2024 um 11:10 Uhr: Die Störung ist behoben. Es kann wie gewohnt mit der Hessenbox gearbeitet werden.+++ Aktuell besteht eine Störung mit der Hessenbox: Office-Dokumente können nicht online bearbeitet werden. Beim Öffnen erscheint die Fehlermeldung „Dokument kann nicht erstellt werden“. Workaround ist der Download des Dokuments und die lokale Bearbeitung. Wir informieren Sie an dieser Stelle, sobald das Problem behoben ist.

​Der Upload von Projekten und Dateien dauert sehr lange. Teilweise zeigt die Weboberfläche auch Abbruch wegen TimeOut an, der Upload läuft im Hintergrund aber weiter. Nach einiger Wartezeit erscheinen die Projekte und Dateien im Sharelatex-Profil korrekt. ​Leider gibt es noch keine Lösung. Wir arbeiten an der Migration der Daten auf einer Speicherlösung – dies bedeutet einen relativ großen Aufwand.

TU Gitlab git.rthw-aachen.de ist nur über Port 8443 verfügbar. Das bedeutet, dass Bereiche, die den Port gesperrt haben, wie die Zentralverwaltung, derzeit keinen Zugriff auf Gitlab haben. Derzeitige Lösung ist, dass die Bereiche den Port freischalten lassen für den Zugriff auf git.rtwh-aachen.de.

Nach der Wartungsarbeit gestern ist der TSM Server in der Nacht crashed. Daher ist TSM Backupservice seit 12.08.2024 20:39Uhr nicht erreichbar.​ Wir arbeiten daran​.

Löschen Sie Ihren Browser-Cache, um gespeicherte Cookies, Sessiondaten oder DNS-Einträge zu entfernen. +++ Die Anmeldung von TU-externen Netzen am Webmail-Interface für Studierende (Roundcube) ist derzeit nicht möglich. Es ist jedoch möglich, sich innerhalb des TU-Netzes (eduroam) und von extern mit TU-VPN anzumelden. Auch die Anmeldung mit E-Mail- Client / App funktioniert.
