Massenmailer
Reach a large number of people with just one e-mail!

The service enables you to create an e-mail in your preferred mail program and send it to a large number of recipients. The recipient lists can be created by yourself or read out comfortably from our IDM via preconfigured queries.

‘Athene-Mail’

The central communication channel ‘Athene-Mail’, which also reaches all employees and/or all students, is reserved for the Presidential Board of TU Darmstadt to inform members of the university about selected important events.

The Science Communication Centre is responsible for sending these mail messages. An ‘Athene-Mail’ is commissioned by a member of the Executive Board, who also approves and authorises the content and acts as the sender. The SCC is involved in the planning of the content and timing of Athena mails.

In addition to these rules, the Executive Board has decided that the TUDaCert team around the Chief Information Security Officer is authorised to send ‘Athena mails’ at any time in order to reach all TU members immediately in the event of acute IT security risks or attacks.

User groups

All departments, institutions, university administration, university groups and student body of TU Darmstadt can order the service.
