Members of other universities or research institutions who are also members of eduroam network gain network access with their respective home account.
“eduroam” WiFi is also available at “darmstadtium” congress centre.
Access for visitors
Access via PEAP (recommended):
- User name: <myInstitutionID>@<myInstitution.com>
- Password: the password associated with your InstitutionID
Access via EAP-TTLS/PAP:
- Internal identity: <myIstitutionID> with the corresponding password
- External identity: anonymous@<myInstitution.com>
TU Darmstadt members visiting other institutions
Within eduroam network, you can dial into the local network with your TU Darmstadt identifier. You can use this map to check whether the institution you are visiting is part of eduroam.
Access via PEAP (recommended):
- Username: Loginname of your WiFi account
- Password: the corresponding password for the WiFi account
Access via EAP-TTLS/PAP:
- Internal identity: WiFi account Loginname with the corresponding password
- External identity: anonymous@tu-darmstadt.de
